Will the food deteriorate during a long food shoot?
We have a professional food-photography workflow and coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure food is shot in its best state. The shooting time for each dish is usually kept within 10–15 minutes.
Can you film during business hours?
Yes, but we usually recommend doing the core shoot during off-peak hours to minimise the impact on guests. Some atmospheric shots are filmed during business hours to convey the genuine, lively ambience.
